Came in after a match to pick up an extra racquet. So grateful my racquet was in stock. The rep took down my information, string and tension and told me they would text once completed. I also picked up a leather replacement grip. Came back a few days later (closed Sunday) and picked up my racquet. Really fast and convenient. Thank you

The stringing job could have been better. All my cross strings were curved up. Reminds me of the first racquet I strung when I first started at a tennis store. The pro stringer taught me how to fix the issue. Not sure if the stringer was new or just didn’t think to straighten the cross strings or that’s how it’s strung here. The strings feel little looser than my current one, but that’s my fault for not bringing it up in the moment.
