Blade V8

The V8 (eighth version) of the Blade, like the V7, features 21st century computer generated carbon mapping to provide high torsional stiffness to maintain control and also give a soft controlled feel.  In the V7 this was called Feel Flex and in the V8 it has been renamed FortyFive.  The result is a soft feel, supple, highly controllable, all court racquet.  (Note: old technology softer flex racquets were soft all over for less control.)

In addition the V8 has Direct Connect Technology which fuses the butt cap directly to the carbon fiber portion of the handle for added stability.

The Blade 98 V8 is for advanced players who want a smooth stable feel, great control, and maneuverability.  This is an all-court racquet with solid feel and just a little extra power.  For 4.0+ players.  The Blade is top selling and is very popular with college team players.

Available in 18x20 and 16x19 string patterns.  The 18x20 has a more solid feel for hard back court hits. The 16x19 gives a bit more spin with an more touchy all court feel.

The Blade 100 V8 offers Blade's signature feel along with an excellent blend of dynamic design, power and control for competitive players. The 100L is basically an excellent all court intermediate racquet.  It has the feel of a modern control and spin racquet; as you progress, you will readily develop expert skills.

The Blade 104 v8 is a soft playing racquet with a large 104 head, good power, and good comfort.  It has a control oriented flex which makes it a tournament winning racquet.  This racquet is for the strong player who wants a bit of power, excellent control, and a large head.  In addition it is a terrific racquet for the 3.5+ player who wants to use the more flexible players style racquet, but who needs extra power.
